  • 1 pint Organic Heavy Cream brought to room temperature

Instructions
 

  • Let your cream sit on the counter for about 25 minutes to bring it to room temperature.
  • Pour cream into blender and begin blending.
  • When peaks begin to form, you've made whipped cream.
  • Continue blending until mixture has separated.
  • Drain the liquid (that's the buttermilk) from the mixture and save for another recipe.
  • Rinse butter a few times until the water runs clear.
  • Use your hands or parchment paper to mold the butter into your desired shape and store wrapped or in a container in the refrigerator for several weeks.
