How To Make Organic Almond Milk
Almond milk is a great dairy alternative! There are also a number of recipes in my kitchen where I prefer the taste of almond milk over cow's milk.

1 High-Speed Blender
1 Nut Milk Bag
- 1 cup Organic Raw Almonds soaked
- 4 cups Cold Spring Water
Optional
- 1 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
- 2 whole Organic Dates soaked and pitted
Soak almonds in water overnight, or for at least 8 hours. This will allow them to soften and they will be less bitter.
Drain almonds from water and add to a high speed blender.
Add cold spring water and any optional additions.
Blend on high for 1.5-2 minutes, or until creamy.
Strain milk through a nut bag into a bowl, squeezing out excess milk.
Store in a airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
