- 6 heads Organic Garlic peeled
- ⅛ cup Organic Olive Oil to coat
Peel your garlic cloves.
Add to the food processor and process until minced how you would like.
Add olive oil to garlic and pulse processor twice to coat the garlic in oil.
Using a tablespoon scoop, place dollops of garlic mixture evenly spaced on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Flash freeze for 25-35 minutes. This will prevent your dollops from sticking to each other on the storage container.
Transfer garlic servings to a freezer safe container and store in the freezer.
