Ingredients:
- 2 small Organic Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cooked (boiled)
- 1/2 cup Organic Almond Flour (homemade or store bought)
- 1/2 cup Organic Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cup 100% Pure Organic Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Organic Coconut Oil, melted

Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Begin by peeling and cutting 2 sweet potatoes into small chunks.
- Boil the sweet potatoes until they’re tender enough to fall off a fork when pierced.
- Preheat your oven to 350℉ and grease a 9×9 baking sheet (we love using Wesley Farms Organic Olive Oil Spray).
- Toss the boiled sweet potato chunks into a blender or food processor for a few seconds until they become smooth.
- In a bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes with almond flour, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Stir well until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and bake for 28-30 minutes, or until a toothpick or knife comes out clean.

- 1/2 cup 100% Pure Organic Maple Syrup

- 1/4 tsp Salt we use Himalayan Pink and it's about 8-10 grinder twists
