Ingredients:
- 3-4 Overripe Organic Bananas
- 1 cup Organic All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 cup Organic Honey
- 1/3 cup Organic Grass-Fed Butter, melted
- 1 Organic Egg, beaten
- 1/2 tbsp Organic Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions:
- Start by preheating your oven to 375℉ and placing muffin wrappers in a muffin tin. This recipe yields 12 mouthwatering muffins.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mash the overripe bananas using a fork.
- Add melted butter, honey, vanilla extract, and the beaten egg to the mashed bananas. Mix everything thoroughly.
- In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- Combine the flour mixture with the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
- If you choose to add a little extra flair, fold in cocoa nibs and/or chopped walnuts to the batter.
- Spoon approximately 1/4 cup of the banana batter into each muffin well in your prepared tin.
- Bake for 22 minutes or until a toothpick or knife inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
