The Birth of a Kitchen Staple

Our avocado oil mayo journey began when we decided to transition to organic and clean eating. We knew it was time to part ways with traditional store-bought mayonnaise brands. Homemade avocado oil mayo is now a staple in our family’s kitchen.

Storage and Sustainability

The beauty of this homemade mayo is that you can store it in the same jar you made it in, with its lid, right in your refrigerator. It’ll keep for up to a week, making it a convenient and sustainable choice.

EASY Avocado Oil Mayonnaise

My husband and my son are both big sandwich guys. When we went organic/clean eating, we knew we had to ditch the Hellmann's – but Avocado Mayo at the grocer? I couldn't justify it. So I made it for just about half the cost, which is the price of Hellmann's and Cains. This was a no-brainer for my family.
