Ingredients
  

  • 6 heads Organic Garlic peeled
  • cup Organic Olive Oil to coat

Instructions
 

  • Peel your garlic cloves.
  • Add to the food processor and process until minced how you would like.
  • Add olive oil to garlic and pulse processor twice to coat the garlic in oil.
  • Using a tablespoon scoop, place dollops of garlic mixture evenly spaced on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Flash freeze for 25-35 minutes. This will prevent your dollops from sticking to each other on the storage container.
